Well, we're sure you'll love what you pick out but if you get the wrong order, or the fit isn't right, then please send it back to us for an exchange of the same item(s).

 

Item(s) must be returned between 1 and 2 days after delivery for us to accept the reuturn.

 

Return shipping costs are catered by you.

 

Item(s) must be unused, with tags still on for us to accept the return.

 

If the item(s) is not in the same condition we sent it to you in, we will have to send it right back to you.

 

Please check the size guide to be sure you get something that fits you right.

You can either pay by Mpesa, Airtel Money or in cash.

What if i have a question that's not listed?

If you lost the care tag that came with your garment and you're not sure about how to care for it, don't panic, don't guess, simply send us an e-mail on fashion.mountain@yahoo.com with the name of the item you purchased and we'll send you an online care lable. 

I lost my garment care tag and don't remeber how to treat it.
